As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas, Registered Nurse, Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I provide an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends evidence-based mental health therapy with holistic strategies to support the whole person.
